Recreation & Golf Services and the Coronado Junior Women’s Club Turkey Coloring Contest received 165 entries this year (2022). Of those entries, nine winners were chosen in three age categories and presented with their awards at the November 15 City Council meeting. Winners received a stuffed plush turkey, a pie, and Coronado Currency, good at local businesses to purchase a special item for the family Thanksgiving celebration. Congratulations to all the winners and a big thank you to all the children who entered the contest. The entries are on display at the Coronado Community Center through December 2, 2022.
