Call to Artists - C3 Gallery Deadline Extended to September 5, 2019

The Cultural Arts Commission has extended the deadline to September 5, 2019, for artists to submit artwork inspired by the year 1969 for a new exhibition in the Coronado Community C3 Gallery. In addition to the national events in 1969, including a man on the moon and Woodstock, the San Diego Padres played their inaugural season and Coronado changed forever with the opening of the San Diego-Coronado Bridge and the Coronado Cays. To participate, artists must be 18 or older, a resident of Coronado or work, teach or own property in Coronado. This show will also be open to alumni of all Coronado schools. All artwork must be original and the work of the registered applicant. Call for Orange Avenue Banners Call for Non-profit Applications

The City of Coronado operates the Orange Avenue Banner Program. The program, initiated in 2016 and funded through a Discover Coronado Grant, displays banners on the Orange Avenue corridor from First Street to Avenida de las Arenas.

2019 Autumn Piano Concert Series Announced
