Several ambitious Coronado teens have taken on the San Diego International Fringe Festival with their one act play showing the ridiculousness of the extremes of society. "My Big Fat Gay Wedding" opens July 25th at the CHS Black Box and is written, produced and directed by 2 CoSA students and 2 CoSA alumni.

The parents and wedding guests represent the extremes of society, while the grooms seem to be the only normal ones at the wedding. In this farce, the grooms have to balance liberal and conservative stereotypes and prejudices to get through their wedding. With political humor and outrageous characters, the show is guaranteed to provide laughs for everyone.

The show runs about 1 hour starting at 6 p.m. on July 25th, 26th, 31st and August 1st and 2nd.

Please show your support for these students. Tickets ($10) and a 1-time purchase of the required SD Fringe Festival Tags ($5) are available at Tickets and tags will also be available at the door.
