Designing Your Life Workshop: How might you bring even more joy into your life?

Regardless of your profession or age, the pandemic has left more time to reflect on the aspects of life you most enjoy. As we move into our post-pandemic lives this workshop will provide you the opportunity to use life design techniques to explore how you can might:

-Maximize your energy
-Pursue new opportunities and possibilities
-Integrate the most joyous aspects of your day more regularly into your life

This session is based on tools from the popular book Designing your Life by Stanford Engineering and Business School Professors Bill Burnett and Dave Evans. They wrote this book to provide tools to students and individuals at all life stages to live a well lived, joyful life.
