About the artist:

Ted grew up on Coronado Island and graduated from Coronado High School in 1983, “having never received a grade higher than a ‘C’ in an English class.” He earned his B.A. in Biology and Criminal Justice from Northern Arizona University, attending on wrestling and ROTC scholarships, where he received his first ‘A’ in English and was encouraged to write creatively. He worked in law enforcement before joining the U.S. Marine Corps, serving several tours in Iraq—including as a sniper for the SRT/Hostage Rescue Team. Since leaving the Corps, Ted has worked in private security, law enforcement training and consulting. He also founded and runs a structural concrete company and a textile manufacturing company.

An avid Science Fiction and Horror fan, Ted is “a zombie fanatic,” and his first novel Gone Feral (2014) is a spin on that genre. Other books in the series include Barry’s Walk (2014) and The Other Side of Me (2014). He also writes Crime/Action novels, publishing the novel The Locker in 2016. The ‘Gone Feral’ series is reportedly in pre-production to be a NetFlix original mini-series, and The Locker is in production to be a major motion picture.
